Event Itinerary: Connect, Discover,
and Grow at IIT Delhi!

Day 1 (May 17): Introduction to AI in Business

  • Join an interactive session where the AI expert introduces AI concepts and you’llparticipate in group discussion.

Day 2 (May 18): Coming Up with Ideas and Forming Teams

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas. You’ll discuss these ideas to thegroup and then form teams based on shared interests.

Day 3 (May 19): Working on Your Project

  • With your team, start developing your business idea. You’ll use tools and techniquesdiscussed earlier to create a basic outline of your product or service.

Day 4 (May 20): Learning About Your Market

  • Engage in interactive activities using AI tools to analyze real market data. You’ll identifypotential customers and competitors.

Day 5 (May 21): Making a Business Plan

  • Develop a detailed business model for your idea. This includes pricing, cost analysis, andprojected revenue. You’ll work in teams to create a presentation of your business plan.

Day 6 (May 22): How to Sell Your Idea

  • Prepare for the pitch day by crafting your marketing strategy and pitch deck. Participatein a rehearsal where you present your pitch to peers.

Final Event: Pitch Competition at IIT Delhi (May 24th)

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Check-in and meet everyone.
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Meet with your Team and interact with Mentors.
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Network with industry leaders.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Teams present their business ideas to judges
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Judges make their decisions and Awards Distribution.
